An unusual combination of fibres, this 4ply is 29% Wood Pulp, 20% Superfine Alpaca, 21% 20 Micron Merino Wool, and 29% Tencel. It has a delightful heathered effect from how the dye is absorbed by the different fibres.
With a high strength paper core and the fluffy halo of alpaca, this yarn would make a beautiful lightweight summer shawl.
Note: this dye lot comes pre-caked, not in a skein, and can be either centre-pulled or used from the outside in.
